Inspired by the high standard of training and actionable ideas he gained from America’s top agents, John returned to Sydney with a first hand insight into the value of these conferences. Frustrated that no similar event existed in Australia, he invited the US presenters out to speak. They accepted and John became an early market disruptor, staging the first AREC conference.

The conference has grown exponentially over its 21 years, attracting the world’s leading speakers, motivational coaches and industry shapers, including home-grown visionaries and experts.
